As Chief Executive Officer of PRIME Business Advisory Solutions, Natalie Barranco brings over 20 years of expertise in grants management, advertising, operations, auditing, taxation, and strategic consulting. Her career spans multiple industries, including retail, tourism, construction, education, public health, public accounting, and transportation—each shaping her ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Before leading PRIME, Natalie served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing financial performance, sales and marketing, operations, safety, maintenance, technology, budgeting, planning, and human resources. She also held the role of Chief Financial Officer for a middle-market private equity-owned parent company, where she played a pivotal role in structuring and acquiring three target companies.
A distinguished financial professional, Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Taxation from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration and Computer Science from Millsaps College. She has earned the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana CPAs.
Beyond her professional achievements, Natalie is committed to supporting her community. She currently serves as a board member for the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce and the Tulane Association of Business Alumni (TABA). She has also previously held leadership roles with organizations such as Catholic Charities, POW (Power of Women), The Market Umbrella, the Women’s Catholic Giving Circle, and the Finance Committee at St. Cletus Catholic Church.
Recognized for her leadership and financial acumen, Natalie has been named a New Orleans CityBusiness “Money Maker” three times and is an esteemed member of the Money Maker Hall of Fame. In 2023, she was honored as a CityBusiness Woman of the Year and received the Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. Woman of the Year Award. Additionally, PRIME Business Advisory Solutions was featured in the New Orleans CityBusiness Empowering Women 2024 edition.
