Charles Bradford Moreau is a senior financial leader with over three decades of experience in accounting, operations, and strategic planning across the energy and manufacturing sectors. As a Senior Consultant at PRIME Business Advisory Solutions, he brings deep expertise in internal controls, financial reporting, and performance optimization.
Before joining PRIME, Brad served as Senior Financial Officer and Controller for Rubicon LLC, a joint venture of Lanxess and Huntsman Corporations. There, he was the financial leader of a $1.1 billion business with a $260 million fixed costs budget, led a 22-person finance team, and oversaw compliance, audits, and had employee benefit plan fiduciary responsibilities. He also held leadership roles at Valero Refining Company – Louisiana, Borden Chemicals and Plastics, and Koch Industries managing large-scale financial operations and contributing to major cost-saving and system integration initiatives.
Brad holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1992 and has been a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana CPAs during his career.
