Alaina Aguilar is a Consulting Manager at PRIME Business Advisory Solutions, where she helps organizations strengthen their financial operations through strategic accounting and business management expertise. Since joining PRIME in 2018, she has provided guidance to clients across a wide range of industries—including retail, restaurant, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, and nonprofits—helping them bring clarity to business finances, automate and optimize systems, and achieve sustainable growth.
With more than a decade of experience, Alaina’s background spans auditing, controllership, and full-cycle accounting management for both regional and national companies. She partners with owners and senior management to bring technical precision to financial reporting and has led numerous system conversions, database implementations, and accounting and finance department strengthening initiatives, bringing efficiency to every engagement.
Alaina holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. She is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (LCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
